location caused issues

noisy room uncomfortable bed
The room was noisy. I could hear every conversation and car. sleeping proved impossible because the hotel's location is in a busy area though i hoped for quiet. the bed felt small and stiff also uncomfortable! the price felt too high for this experience.

Really good Hospitality and Perfect Location

perfect location excellent service welcome drink pastries takeaway
The location is ideal, near many attractions. The staff provided excellent service. I received figs and drinks in my room one afternoon. The hotel provided pastries for takeaway from breakfast (a lovely touch!).
My room faced the square and it was occasionally noisy. This sometimes disrupted sleep.
